eTigris®|ONE access control system double door, step by step specification guide
eTigris®|ONE access control equipment can cater for up to two readers. This can be two doors in close proximity or for a door with read in/read out requirements.
This access control equipment comprises the reader, control unit and credential(s), which can be either eTouch fob, eTouch key, eTouch token, eButton or combinations of all types.
A typical double door access control application is an entrance door and an adjacent internal door to a suite of offices. Use of the eTouch key ensures compatibility with other internal doors on a mechanical cylinder master key systems to produce integrated door access control systems which could be for anything from a small suite of offices to a University campus.

The eTigris®|ONE access control equipment uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology consisting of a reader unit mounted adjacent to the door, a control unit mounted in a convenient cupboard or ceiling void and an access credential which transmits an electronic ID to the reader.
